1. WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER ARE THE CUSTOM GLOVES MADE OF?
The custom gloves from Windster Baseball are made of Grade “A” select Japanese KIP leather (premium leather from young calf skin), the laces are made of US Steerhide. The quality of our gloves is compatible with the most established brands.
2. WHEN WILL MY CUSTOM GLOVE BE DELIVERED?
The delivery time for a custom glove after placing the order is 6 to 8 weeks. Orders placed during a promotion of the holiday season can take an extra 1 to 2 weeks. Once your order is completed, it will be inspected by our team and sent/shipped to you, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for delivery.
3. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CUSTOM GLOVE AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?
No, it’s not possible to make any changes on the custom glove order. The order will be sent directly to our supplier.
4. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
The custom gloves include a 1 year guarantee. If you have any complaints and/or issues, please send an email to info@windsterbaseball.com and we will get back to you within 1 to 3 days. The 1 year warranty is only subject to the following conditions: a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase, your order number, 2-3 photos of the damaged item and a brief description of the claim must be provided to validate the warranty. We shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect resulted from misuse, abuse, neglect accident any modifications or alterations made wear and tear.
5. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Custom Gloves
Windster Baseball does not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on any custom glove, unless the error, defect or damage is due to our mistake. The glove builder presents the most realistic image and colours possible. Please do keep in mind that the color of the actual item may vary from the color displayed on your screen. Color differences generated by a computer screen are not considered an error. The color of fabrics may vary depending on the monitor and leather textures and can come with slightly different forms or shapes as it is a natural material.
Other products
An unused item can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Windster Baseball only accepts returns that include a filled in Return Form. If you did not receive a Return Form with your order, please contact us at info@windsterbaseball.com. Windster Baseball processes all returns within 14 days after receiving the return.
Windster Baseball only accepts a return if the product can be re-sold as new, including the original packaging. Clothing and equipment must be clean, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

6. ARE DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES COVERED?
Windster Baseball is based in the Netherlands, customs duties and taxes are only included for orders shipped within the European Union. In any other country the buyer is responsible for any duty or import fees into their country.
