Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for all our products is 2-3 days. Once your order is sent/shipped to you, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Windster Baseball is based in the Netherlands, customs duties and taxes are only included for orders shipped within the European Union. In any other country the buyer is responsible for any duty or import fees into their country. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process or by the courier’s transit delays.


REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

An unused item can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Windster Baseball only accepts returns that include a filled in Return Form. If you did not receive a Return Form with your order, please contact us at info@windsterbaseball.com. Windster Baseball processes all returns within 14 days after receiving the return. 

Windster Baseball only accepts a return if the product can be re-sold as new, including the original packaging. Clothing and equipment must be clean, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Please Note: You are not obligated to use a certain carrier, you can choose a carrier of your own choice.
